There’s a lot to tell 🙂
Long story short
We’re students of an understanding behind life called The Three Principles
We use the word “students” intentionally as the journey into this understanding is a lifelong unfolding.
As with the best things in life, the four of us behind this project came together by happenstance – and out of nothing came something…an idea that we would like to take this understanding directly into the LGBT community. And if that’s you…welcome…we’re glad that you found us.
We care about people – but in this context we care about you – a person within the LGBT community.
There are many happy and contented people who are perfectly happy to identify themselves as LGBT – and if that’s you that’s great. Yet there are as many who haven’t found that their experience of life, especially as an LGBT person, is particularly fulfilling – in fact for many life can be a real struggle.
This is where we come in…we recognise the issues and we’re here to point you in a hopeful direction….
From an early age, Steve has been fascinated by how people think & behave. This blended with his passion for helping others has guided Steve to work within the human potential development field since1991.
Steve has studied & practised as a coach, trainer, mentor & peer educator, he is also a qualified psycho-therapeutic counsellor.
Following attending a Three Principles school on Salt Spring Island, Canada in late 2011, Steve realised profound insight and experienced personal transformation. He has since dedicated his professional life to sharing the true nature of the Three Principles.
Steve was a participant on the inaugural fellowship training with Elsie Spittle and Chip Chipman, whom were chosen by Sydney Banks to keep the true nature & simplicity of the Three Principles intact.
He has facilitated Three Principles based programmes with individuals & groups, privately & within community based programmes. These programmes have benefitted people who have experienced mental illness, homelessness, domestic violence as well as single parents & ex-offenders.
Steve has also presented at both the Innate Health conference in London & the 3PGC conference in Minnesota.
He has always followed his compassionate & helpful nature and has the rare ability to touch people with a feeling of love, which in turn wakes a person up to their true identity.
Steve is dedicated to helping you to uncover your innate health and wisdom, from within.
Tony Fiedler lives in Clophill, Bedfordshire, England. In 2012 he set up the Three Principles with Life & Soul as a joint venture with Steve Adair.
Tony’s compassionate, caring & creative nature has seen him work successfully in corporate & third sector organisations, having gained significant experience in management, training & coaching.
Community based work is a passion & Tony has facilitated Innate Health based programmes to marginalised communities & has witnessed profound results of this work first hand.
Social Anxiety is another area in which Tony focussed the application of the Three Principles, both personally & professionally. Following his discovery of the Three Principles & gaining insight into his own struggles with anxiety, Tony co-created a series of webinars & live events to point those suffering back inside to their own wisdom & spiritual identity.
Tony has been fortunate enough to have been mentored by individuals whom were chosen by Syd Banks to keep the spiritual essence & simplicity of the Three Principles alive. In 2012, Tony was a participant on the inaugural Fellowship training on Salt Spring Island, facilitated by Elsie Spittle & Chip Chipman.
Having presented at both the Innate Health conference in London & the 3PGC conference in Minnesota, Tony is an experienced speaker, as well as group facilitator & individual mentor.
In his spare time he creates digital & painted artwork & enjoys composing electronic based music. Tony also loves to be in nature & often can be found wandering the beautiful countryside in Bedfordshire, fostering space for inspiration, wisdom & appreciation for the beauty of life.
Tony is dedicated to helping you to uncover your innate health and wisdom, from within.
Born in 1964 I’m now in my 50s. I’m in a long-term relationship with my partner Andrew, I live in London, I keep fit and healthy and cherish nothing more than time spent with my Andrew and witnessing nature.
I’ve had a very varied career..from the Armed forces in the early 80s, working as a computer programmer during the mid 80s, setting up my own company in 1990 to work as a freelance computer programmer, in 1995 setting up my own commercial gym in central London which I ran for over 20 years – whilst at the same time working as a Hypnotherapist and NLP practitioner for 10 years……and then…..in 2012 my life took a left turn as I stumbled across The Three Principles and transformative life-coaching.
In 2012 & 2013 I studied with one of the world’s top life-coaches Michael Neill. Following on from that, in 2014 and again in 2016, I was asked by Michael to be a part of Faculty for his Coaching academy in LA – probably one of the proudest moments of my working life. In essence I spent my time on Faculty mentoring students, reviewing their progress, hosting small and large group webinars.
I closed my gym in 2015 and now work full-time as a Life-Coach.
Most recently, in 2016, I met up with Steve and Tony and embarked upon a journey to bring our understanding into the LGBT community.
I’m just a simple, easy going guy who loves nothing more than watching other people (and myself) evolve…discovering our true nature.
